Welcome to Restore Cleaning (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (restore-cleaning.co.uk) and our cleaning services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
• “Client,” “You,” “Your” – The individual or business using our services.
• “Services” – Any cleaning service provided by Restore Cleaning.
• “Agreement” – The contract formed between you and Restore Cleaning when booking our services.
2. Booking & Payments
2.1 Booking a Service
✔ Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email.
✔ All bookings are subject to availability.
✔ We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
2.2 Pricing & Quotes
✔ Prices are provided based on the information given by the client. If additional work is required upon arrival, we may adjust the price accordingly.
✔ All prices include VAT (if applicable) unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment Terms
✔ Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
✔ We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or card payments.
✔ Late payments (over 7 days) may be subject to a late fee of 5% per week.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Client Cancellations
✔ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
✔ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be charged 50% of the total service fee.
✔ If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property, a full-service fee may be charged.
3.2 Company Cancellations
✔ If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will inform you as soon as possible.
✔ If we are unable to complete a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
4. Services & Guarantee
4.1 Service Standards
✔ We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services using professional equipment and eco-friendly products.
✔ Clients must ensure access to water and electricity at the property.
4.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
✔ If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours.
✔ We will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge, provided the complaint is valid.
5. Client Responsibilities
✔ Clients must ensure safe access to the premises and disclose any hazards (e.g., pets, fragile items).
✔ If special cleaning instructions are required, they must be provided in advance.
✔ Clients are responsible for securing valuables. We are not liable for lost or misplaced items.
6. Liability & Insurance
✔ We hold full public liability insurance to cover accidental damage.
✔ If accidental damage occurs, clients must report it within 24 hours of the service.
✔ We are not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or surfaces.
• Damage due to improper installation or wear and tear.
• Any loss of profits, business, or indirect damages.
7. Health & Safety
✔ Our staff follows strict health and safety procedures.
✔ We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or hazardous.
✔ Clients must inform us in advance if there are any health risks, infestations, or biohazards present at the property.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
• Extreme weather conditions
• Power outages
• Accidents or road closures
• Illness or staff shortages
If affected, we will reschedule the service at the earliest convenience.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
✔ Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
✔ We will investigate and aim to resolve disputes promptly.
✔ If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued in accordance with UK law.
10. Intellectual Property
✔ All website content (text, images, branding) is owned by Restore Cleaning.
✔ You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without written permission.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
✔ We collect personal information only to provide our services.
✔ We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Amendments to These Terms
✔ We may update these Terms at any time.
